What is NV "EVO_NV_1.71_003 " Someone has to know?

Its for the radio to receive and send data.. The new one is 1.77 give it ago it wont hurt :)

PRI: EVO_PRI_1.77_003

NV: EVO_NV_1.71_003

So your telling me these both as the same thing? I have the PRI: EVO_PRI_1.77_003 which I know has to do with the radio which I installed on my EVO but what does NV: EVO_NV_1.71_003 do on the phone?
