just installed Roam Control v1.2 , forced roaming and can confirm roaming is still a problem with this PRI - I'm coming from PRI 1.40 ,so not sure about coming from the stock one.

I've been watching the thread over at XDA all day today. I downloaded Calk's flashable file but I'm waiting till the smoke clears to flash it....I'll give it a few days to see what everyones thoughts are on it then, then make my decision. Its not like me, I usually cant wait to be one of the first to flash something, but this one has me skeptical after some of the crap that has went down in the past regarding some involved parties.....

I'm happy with the results, 4G speeds doubled for me. Ran the speedtest app 3 times before and after the installation. Of course, I left the phone in the same location the whole time.
