Hide browser search box
 

On Evo #2 for a bad build problem. I might be going crazy but I almost positive my first one would completly hide the search box at the top of the browser. After a page loads the notification bar goes away but the search field "box" stays at the top of the screen. I have searched xda and here but cannot find a setting to change this.

use dolphin browser HD...download from the market...you'll be able to go FULLSCREEN...its a better (features) browser all around than the stock one. Also, you'll get extensions to play with.

I use the standard browser and my address bar is not visible unless I swipe my finger up.

I use the standard browser as well and the address bar is hidden for most sites. However, for some, it doesn't automatically hide
