phone doesnt ring
 

My phone only vibrates when people call, it doesn't ring.I have the volume all the way up and I checked the sound settings and everything is on high. my phone is stock and unrooted. can anyone help?

My phones done this before with calls as well as texts, except it didn't even vibrate... But since i've rooted, flashed, and went on to the custom lifestyle I can't remember if it's happened or not, but definitely on the stock ROM I remember...

Just had this a little while ago. Had a voice mail come in while I was looking at the phone. Called the caller and they said the phone rang through the cycle and then they left voice mail. Never heard a thing. Checked the vol and it was max'ed.

Dunno.

Whats your Sound Profile set at? Also is "Quiet Ringtone on pickup" enabled? I generally disable that feature because I like to hear my phone ring. Those are the only things I can think of. Worst case call HTC Tech Support or Sprint Tech Support...they would be able to help you better.

uncheck silence ringer when moved and also go make sure your ringtone is not on your sd card when you have the disk drive feature in use. and also make sure the sound settings are all teh way up

I'll check mine. I get so few calls that I don't rightly know.

It just Started working I didn't change the ringtones settings ot nuffing. Idk.
