Stuck V-Mail Icon
 

Anybody have this problem? I have tried all the search option solutions, no luck. It seems like it may have been a problem with the Android V-mail app, not the official sprint one. I normally just delete them into the "trash" can, but today i did some combination of using the "can" and Sprints #7 option...now i have no real v-mails left, just the dang icon...anybody have a cure?

FYI...I have tried leaving v-mails then deleting them, clearing them...nothing works!:scratch:

*UPDATE...This ended up clearing itself in 24 hours...FYI

Re-activate your Visual Voicemail account. This will force the Voicemail client to send an activation message to the Server again. Once re-activated, all pending messages should be able to download again.

Option(1):
- Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/Voicemail/Clear data
- This will wipe out your old Inbox messages but your filesystem will come clean

Option(2):
Some suggested to use Visual Voicemail Compose screen and send it to the following address: activate@vvm.sprint.com
