HTC EVO 3500mAh extended battery photos revealed
3 Attachment(s)
We've always known that Seidio had an Innocell 3500mAh extended battery in the works for the HTC EVO, and while we still don't know the price or release date, we now at least know what it looks like thanks to some new photos the company has just added to its website.
This extended battery has more than twice the capacity of the EVO's stock 1500mAh battery, so it adds considerable bulk to the device (unlike the slim 1750mAh battery) and of course requires that you ditch the phone's original backplate for Seidio's replacement. The new soft-touch back will be bundled with the battery, so the only thing you'll need to worry about is finding compatible accessories and deciding whether all that extra runtime is worth the hump on your EVO's back. http://www.mobilecityonline.com/wire...mpaign=froogle |

Been seeing this for a while. Seidio always makes those huge 3500 batteries for all smartphones. I had one for my Mogul. It doubled the size of the phone. Nobody wants to increase the size of the phone that much. The 1750mah is great, but who wants to pay $50 for it when you can get an extra OEM on most sites for $20?
Seidio did at least make a 2200mah for the Mogul that did not increase the phone size at all. I think that is what they need to do now. I think they need to focus on making battery solutions that do no increase the size of the phone, but double if not triple the battery life. I know I'm not the one that would pay $50-$100 for a 3500mah that is the same size as the OEM. |

What about one of the extended batteries from the tp2???? Why not try one of those? I know the stock tsp battery fits fine and is pretty much identical......there has to be a cheap extended tp2 battery that doesn't add bulk...,

I love my 3500mAh extended battery. I made a thread about it, but the wetarded mod combined it into some other thread, so I lost track of it... ](*,)
