anyone else get this screen?
 

when I got my Evo I got some usb cables from newegg. now whenever I plug them in withthe phone I get this weird screen.

I think it has something to do with a type of car kit. but i got the same screen with every 2.1 and now 2.2 rom.

just curious what the screens for.

strange, it detects the cable as a car dock, link to the cable? I want one.. lol

i get it too, it has nothing to do with type of cables you use. its a app to that you would use when in car while in a docking station. large easy to see launch buttons would help access the top 6 most important apps. While on this screen hit the Menu/settings/Auto-Launch to disable

i actually wanted this to happen in my car, but my car charger apparently doesn't enable this... I am sure there is some new chip in the chargers that trigger it so we have to all go buy new chargers....

I really thought this menu was going to trigger by certain blue tooth connections (my car)....

The cable is triggering "Google Navigation" to open..thats what the photo shows. Makes sense though...neweggs cable probably has the connection that triggers the usb port on the Evo to auto launch it.

Its the same navigation panel from 2.1, they renamed it car panel in 2.2. I guess they're prepping the car dock release.

Don't know why those specific cables would prompt that screen tho.
