if you had your phone rooted, after the update it still shows the superuser and clearing storage doesnt get rid of it

You sure you have it in the root or named properly. I've read some are renaming it update.zip but if you file extension is hidden it actually renames it update.zip.zip. Try just naming it to update.

He says he managed to get it early based on a "connection"... but no one can answer why the number on the official is listed as 3.26.651.3 and his is listed as 3.25.651.1

Same problem i had you have to name the file update without the .zip and should run

One thing I noticed so far, if I go to Market\Downloads it only shows one app (Google Maps) installed, but all my other apps are still installed and working. Just can't check for updates via Market for them since they are not showing.

UPDATE: All my apps are now showing in the Market fine, just showed me updates available for 2 and installed them.
