I used to be PAM only for a while, but after so many d/c and latency issues, I ended up getting a hard line. It's very useful when you're UNABLE to get a hard line.

But if you want to run utorrent... well that's your deal/problem. I wouldn't recommend it, especially not from your phone. But that's up to you.
