So my friend sat on his evo ( he had it in th back pocket and sat down on the bus) then Crack went the screen so he's sendin his in to a sprint store but ofcourse he need me to remove all the custom shot i did to it ex. Root, custom splash, custom boot animation, removel of bloatware,the disabled search key lol so i was wondering would flashing stock take all that off?

I wanna double check jut to prevent any headaches

yes, flashing stock should remove everything,

you can update OTA as well if you want to just for overkill.

Question if he's paying the $100 deductible for insurance why bother with returning to stock?
