Nandroid Backup/Restore
hey all. Is there a way to select to just restore sms/mms and not anything else? When i choose Data it restores everything. the problem is i have been trying a few different roms. and so each time i restored it also restored app that were cooked into other roms.. the main issue is i was using an OMJ rom that cooked in wifitether 202 and his newer rom has wifitether 205. however whenever i restore the backup it overwrites 205 with 202.. i cannot uninstall 202 or install 205.. all i really want are my sms/mms... any ideas?

Have you looked in the market for a app that backs up sms/mms? That would be your best option.

I believe you can accomplish this with Titanium backup. I believe it is cooked into OMJs ROM. You can select individual apps and settings to backup only. And also restore.

I use SMS Backup & Restore from the market. It works great!
