Thats what I hate, this will come out when our phones are paper waits and the next phone will have 2.2 and we will all be like man this sucks compaired too 2.3 when can we get that on our current phone. LOL fing tech moves so fast.

So the real question is once we get 2.2 loaded I'm saying a month (from the kitchen NOT SPRINT) will Wii Mote finally work and I can play PSX games??? Oh please let it be!

Hmmm...well I was able to dl a copy of 2.2...but from what I read, its for everyone not just developers...if its only for developers then I can't do anything with it :( As of now I feel lucky to even have succeeded in rooting my Evo...lol...if it IS for everyone...I'm still afraid to install it!!

Couldnt agree wit u more. I jus hope the chefs release sumthin soon cus i gave up a long time ago waiting on Sprint to update anything....:angry7:

Yeah, I gotta say, I love HTC hardware, but their software updates take WAY TOO LONG to release... too busy releasing the Phone of the Week to develop the software, I guess.

I'm not rooted but will in a month or two if there's not sign up an update from Sprint. Which there won't be. hehe

You can't install this unless you have a nexus one. You will need to download a evo port when one becomes available.
