Selecting a playlist in default EVO player

I jsut took 30 minutes to create a playlist with all of the songs i want to listen to right now. Come to find out, there seems to be no way to access this specific playlist I just wasted my time and created. The player defaults back to playing all songs on my device which is annoying as hell. Its playing a lot of songs I dont care to hear right now, not to mention those short mp3 files from installed games. I cant find an option anywhere to chose a specific playlist. Is this just not possible with the default player asthis would such mightyly?
Thanks for the responses.

If you click on the 3 lines on the bottom right then on the bottom slide your finger over to the paper with the play button and you can see your playlist from there.

Tried that, the only thing that is showing is the current playlist which is all songs. No option to choose a playlist from several exist.
