I got my evo on July 4th and I noticed few days ago that I have a dead pix and my lower left corner of the screen is elevated a little. I called all locations around me and they are all sold out. They said they have waiting list which I signed up with few but they kept asking me if im upgrading or opening new line and I told them upgrade :) are they going to give me hard replacing it even thou im within 30days or their return policy since they is shortage of evos on the market ?

I think it's really going to be luck more than anything, Just hope you get a good rep and don't tell them it's a exchange till the last second.

i work at one, you shouldnt have any issues. Just tell them they need to do a feedback and one will be sent to the store specifically for you
