Upload files through stock browser?

In stock browser on the upload option it says disabled anyone know how to enable this? Thanks

Can't be done. I actually had to go to Opera 4 in order to get mine to be able to upload. some people have said Dolphin or Opera 5 beta may work but I haven't had any luck with those.

I tried with dolphin andxscope neither worked, that sucks if it really isn't possible.
