HTC EVO Lockscreen Changes from hero/eris

I dont get it ... my friend has a verizon Eris (see pic) and i also had a sprint Hero, both with 2.1 and the lockscreen had different options ... how did we loose that with the EVO?
With the ERIS and HERO, u were able to set a different wallpaper and lockscreen .. but with the EVO, whatever your wallpaper is, the lockcreen is the same ... :disgust: also as u can see from the pic .. when u slide down the lockscreen ... the whole screen slides down, revealing the screen behind it(home screen). With the EVO .. the only thing that slides down is the sprint lock bar ... boring ... looked allot nicer before ... how did we loose these options/effects and how can we get them back? |

Yeah I noticed that. The ability to choose either type would be great
