Re: Skyfire Flash Video Help

What video sites have you gotten skyfire to work with? Mine only loads videos to about 25% then stops. Ive read that this is a somewhat common problem.

Re: Skyfire Flash Video Help

Why don't you all just install Flash 10.1?

Re: Skyfire Flash Video Help

People say that it is not 10.1 but I believe it is. After this was installed I was able to watch video of Southpark on www.atdhe.net and play a flash game. Note it only works with stock browser (does not affect Dolphin, Opera, Skyfire, etc browsers). I can post vids of this working if needed.

The initial flash 10.1 thread here came to the conclusion that flash 10.1 wasnt working. Are you saying that one is working for the evo? How many sites have you tried? If it was just the one video and the one game it may not be working fully.

Edit: works on my favorite tv show streaming site tvduck.com. Skyfire wouldnt load it. Thanks!

Re: Skyfire Flash Video Help

I believe that the sites that dont load, the flash content may be too large. Remember this does not increase our cache, and our cache was set for a browser without flash content. Does anyone know how we might increase our cache, default limit is 8Mb?

I don't think that will make a difference. With stock I'm able to play yahoo and facebook games as well as watch NBC episodes. No need to install flash. Just for the heck of it I installed it and I see no difference in what I was able to watch or play with stock.
