Can the Evo Rotate 360 degrees?
 
I hate it when I take my phone out of my pocket and find it's upside down, is there a way to make the phone rotate all 360 degrees?

Rooted and ready to rock.

If you're going to make a smart aleck response, you should make sure you're correct. Please be so kind as to post the app or work around you have to make the Evo screen change orientation 360 degrees.

You mean 180 degrees right? 360 wouldnt get you anywhere. just sayin.

android 2.2 supports that (rotating all directions) don't think 2.1 does though.

are you sure its an android thing? i saw somewhere the the evos accelerometer was only a 2 way sensor. unlike some other phones, like the pre, that can rotate all 4 ways

Doubt it's the sensor or you'd have problems with games that required an accelerometer in all directions.

If you go into the g sensor calibration in settings you will see without doubt it is four way.
