FULL Root now available!!!
 
Here its the XDA thread tutorial on how to fully root your EVO, now you can unlock NAND protection and write to system files, uninstall stock apps....this works in conjunction t to the first toast root method, this is part two.....

I have yet to try it myself.....ive already done the first toast root only days after i got the phone....i will try this out tomorrow....report back on how the process went guys....sounds easy enough...

Question....your phone returned to the way it was before you started right? With all your settings and stuff?

As long as you follow the nand backup step then you will get everything back after you do the nand restore (settings, programs, widget placement, etc).
