Did I make the right choice with the EVO

I am starting to wonder is going from my touch pro to the EVO was a good idea. So far these are my issues with it:

1) I can't find a app to stream my radio stations while I am away from home. If I go to NY or CA and I want to listen to a show on my radio station in FL, it can't be done.

2) Facebook has given me several issues. Starting with uploading videos, I was out of town this weekend and tried about 5 different programs to upload my videos. But every one of them when I would go to play I would get an error that the video couldn't play. After about 5 hours worth of jerking around with it I saw someone had posted a reply to one of my (what I thought was a failed attempt) videos. Made me start wondering so I went to view other videos on Facebook and it appears none of them would play...mine or anyone elses. No one seems to have a solution to this.

3) For work I need to do an upload of a .csv file to a web server VIA HTML page every day. I had to resort to using Opera 4 in order to do this because either the other browsers won't upload or they won't let me even get pass some radio buttons and check boxes I need to get through before doing an upload. opera 4 is what...a 2008 browser?

I am really just not having a very good user experience with this phone.

Brown since you are the "Evo guru" why not help em out....or can his issues not be fixed....you seem to get mad when someone has an issue with the phone...but dont seem to be offering much help...just confused as to why...these are legitimate issues the op has...why not do what this community does best....help the man!

Well I went from the mogul to the touch pro (12 of them) to a blackberry and now on the Evo and love it because i realized just how much my bb limited me to a number of things...

if you want to listen to your nyc stations you should try iheartradio
The facebook app is nice but not the best compared to anyones blackberry is the best honestly but make do (sorry)
Opera or dolphin are the best web browsers to use .... hope this helps

So this is where I stand.....

1) iHeartRadio carries about 50% of the radio stations I listen to...I guess this will have to work.

2) I am using bbf photo to upload videos to Facebook, the facebook app to read/write things and still nothing to view videos. I tried Opera 5 and Dolphin and nothing will play the videos. The closest I got was a request to update flash and then an error message saying it wasn't available for my OS.

3) Still have to have multiple Browsers on my EVO because nothing else will do the uploads.

Have you tried RadioTime? Maybe that one has the radio stations you want to listen to. Are you sure they broadcast over the internet? Not all radio stations do...

Have you tried skyfire? One of the best browsers in my opinion.
