Failing to play message notification
 

Is anyone experiencing issues with the message tone not being played?? It seems to happen only when i set my phone to silent and then turn it back up, everything else appears to work fine except the message sounds. I did notice recently that when i plugged in the charger it went away! Any help would be much appreciated!
