Try LockBot.
It's has almost every locker out. These lockers include the iPhone, Hero, Eclair, Flan, and X10 lockers.

It's kinda laggy, and personally the stock unlock is really one of the best. It offers my fav unlock of all time (the curved one with the sound also used on the droid) but they have that lag where when you turn on the phone you see the homescreen, THEN it locks. So I'm gunna have to delete.
