Problem after the first success sync with Outlook!

After my first success sync with Outlook, every person that I added on my phone, sync and does not appear on my outlook.

Please Help!

Ok.. I know whats happening... When I add a new contact I choose Google Account.... Those contact did not sync with outlook...
