I must have bad luck

So, I've been tryin' to move pics/videos onto my microSD card. I've tried by usin' the sync cable and phone as a mass storage device and while I'm able to move the files to my SD card, when I try to play or view, it shows as broken files. Can anyone help?

Did you format the card when you got the phone? Some ppl has reported that the card was formatted as FAT when it should be FAT32. I would format the card and then add files to it.

Format ya card. OTA update doesn't/can't do it alone.

@fenix: I formatted (one of the first things when puttin' in my 16gb card).

@zone: It's a mp4 move. I was tryin' it just to test.

this was a simple release day problem that was suppose to be fixed by the ota update that pops up soon as you get the phone. if you didnt install the update you may want to now. if its still not working, then it may be time to take a trip to the sprint store already. because you are going to need that memory slot. i think the built in 16 gigs is only useable for the applications.

Thanks. I found somethin' to help me convert the movie into the Evo format. It was reading the wrong codec.
