i was on the second wave at best buy but they had enough i got one anyway with the free bluetooth headset. I know one woman did walk in and get one she has no clue how luck she is. someone cancelled so there was one available. and as far as eligibility goes i bought mine on a new line 200 dollars. and i will cancel one line on monday at a cost of 80 dollars penalty fro early cancellation. so there are ways around these issues.

No one cancelled at my BB, and there were 20 people ahead of me... And I was told that after I put down $50..

I would have cancled and just order from sprint took a day to get the phone 5th

Don't take this the wrong way, but If you dont have $100 available to you, why are you buying a $200 phone that requires a plan thats over $70 a month?? Just curious.

Lol well... I'm a minor, and technically can't even sign the contract :P I have the bill covered, but to get the phone I had to buy it myself.

well im glad u are not because u r not alone. i cannot afford to pay 100 dollars more for this phone. Im getting 94 dollars for my touch pro 2 at the shack so im not even going to pay the 200
