i feel like an complete klutz when trying to follow the instructions for rooting the evo, I was able to root but the doing the recovery, could someone put them in step by step Kindergärtner instructions for me, i know the instr or already step by step but the abd and cmd things lost me,
I also I am unable to get sync to install and work

It might help if everyone if ya post it in the root section so everyone looking for root help will know. Good luck as I have not yet rooted, there ant much out right now and Im really happy with the stock rom so far.
