except spending more on a plan doesn't necessarily make you more money. not spending more money a plan does help keep you rich :D

You already signed a new two year agreement with your Mogul when you accepted the discounted price... That wsa the price WITH two year agreement for your line... regardless of which phone you have on it...

free hotspot once rooted = stealing

the ORIGINAL topic was that the OP what "threatening" to file suite againt best buy and/or sprint if they dont honor the plethera of documention he has from the bb site allowing him to purchase the evo while keeping his sero or providing something of similar price and and feature if they dont activate. he claimed that it would be considered breach of contract. then stated that if they dont he get a cheap evo to reasale. i was merely stating that i would be considered breach of contract imo bc you only get the disount on the phone for renew or signing a new contract. it would have made sence if this thread would have stayed on topic before getting foobarred with "special olympic winners". lol. now ill be one of the first to admint i breached as soon and flashed nrg rom on my tp2 and start thethering for free. yes its just as immoral but not quite as big a situation or as blown out of proportion since almost everyone does it and KNOWS it can be done.

Have you ever checked ebay for phones with BAD ESN's. They usually sell for the same price as ones with good ESN's, and there is a reason for that!

not to jump in the flame wars... but as for as the OP is concerned, i dont know you from adam down the street and honstly i dont care. this will be my last post this thread (hopefully) that is show signs of going absolutly no where. but i do have one question.. if you claim to this big shot shouldnt you have better things to do than squabble with sprint over activating a phone or not.. which is longer the topic of discussion. it has somehow turned to you putting your self up on some pedestal bragging about who you know. guess what.. no one cares or is impressed. its the internet and this is a forum for people to discuss hacks and tweaks for their Pocket PCs and smart phone. i am making an official request to have the thread eith closed due to being completely off topic and showing no signs of progress, moved to introductions because we are talking more about the original POSTER than the original TOPIC whom in my opinion seems to be the most n00b VIP i have ever seen, or closed due to double posting. im typnging this from my tp so i cant link to it but trust me its out there..... sorry guys im usually a lurker but i just had to throw my two cents out there. so im done with this thread till something new, constructive and on topic is said.
