Camera Speed

I have noticed that at times, my Touch Pro 2 has to take time (several seconds) in order to gauge the distance and focus before it will snap a picture. Several spectacular shots have been ruined because of this lag.

Being a soon-to-be former TP2 owner, has anyone noticed a difference in the speed at which the EVO takes pictures versus the Touch Pro 2?

I sure hope so because like you said if you want to take a quick pic with my TP2 your going to be late to the party.

TP2 photography is a movement. Not like...a coalition of people toward a similar goal, but literally a constant movement of the lens with your target to make sure you get it in the shot.

In my frustrations, I've often compared the process to a bodily function - B.M.!!

I think for camera to be faster (at least on tp2)...you must disable auto focus. otherwise, its supper slow...hope the evo can do a better job.
