Sprint customer service SUX, but EVO 4G is GREAT
 

Sprint customer service are not organize and will train to answer new phone release, sometime just question about my account. Today they will tell you is this and the next day they tell you is that. This is really piss my off. The only reason I'm still with sprint is because of the EVO 4G release on June 4th.:cwm10: God da:confused2:mn! I know sprint is top of the food chain in phone carrier, but the customer service department have got to IMPROVE and speak with a language that I can UNDERSTAND.

What makes you need to call customer service so much that you would hate and/or consider leaving a company for it? I haven't had to call customer service a single time in over a year with any real issue. only to inquire about services/phones.

Exactly, hence my question about what he was talking about. The last time I was on the phone with sprint was when THEY called me to order the tp2 a week before release, now that was great customer service.

I have been with sprint for the last 8 to 9 years and I have had my fare share of issues but don't start a thread about something and not give specifics.
