Are you sure you don't have an available upgrade? Your signature says you are using a Touch Pro so you should be well past a year on a contract. If you are premiere you should have the option to upgrade. Just sign in online and choose to upgrade your phone and then when you get to the phone selections it will let you know what discounts you are eligible for.
