Maybe when the phone rep says July, they mean telesales will get it in July and the stores and sprint.com will get it in June.

From vast experience I would guess that when the rep said "July" they meant "I have no friggin' clue but I should be safe saying July."

With the way they're pushing this phone, I doubt it will be July. They keep advertising it like it's around the corner (may/june)

I definitely don't think it'll be July. Considering how much Sprint has riding on the success of this phone (it's supposedly the flagship phone, at least this year), it'd be a VERY bad move to release the phone after the new iPhone.

It doesnt really matter what sprint charges lol At best buy they sell the phone to you as a new customer (as long as your eligible for your $250 upgrade discount) and you dont have to worry about those damn mail in rebates!!!! So if the phone was $199 after the rebate you would just pay the $199 at best buy!!

For those of you that don't post on androidforums.com, someone just posted this screenshot of inventory (supposedly radio shack) for the EVO. I don't know if it's authentic, but you can judge for yourselves on the thread
