The cheapest I found. No taxes, free 2nd business day shipping. Should be here on Tuesday. According both to Amazon and Sprint (yes I called both to verify) as long as you keep your phone number and plan Sprint will recognize this as a phone upgrade.

I didn't see it on here but I went through them also... Just got it yesterday and it looks to be a great phone. Accidentally bricked it yesterday when I was unlocking but there is an unbrick tool available so I'm up and running now.. I can't wait until cyangenmod releases a stable version!!
