First warning:
CONTAINS A NEW BOOTLOADER. If you haven't used LazyPanda and are NOT S-OFF, this might block the current version of LazyPanda from working.

Analysis is under way! Please post up your findings and I'll keep the OP updated.

Quick High Level:
New bootloader included: ver 1.15
New kernel included.
New radio included.

New recovery included (although this won't impact development, flashing this OTA .zip will write a stock recovery over any existing custom recovery
