HOW TO (S-OFF) step by step

Plug phone into computer and turn on USB debugging...

do all the steps this will temp root with superuser... you might have to run it a couple times until you get superuser..

Second : download this and extract to C: drive http://unlimited.io/?wpdmact=process...IuaG90bGluaw==

and download HTC drivers http://downloads.unrevoked.com/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe

Third: go to C: drive and open up FeedPanda-RELEASE-Jewel-WIN and click on feedpanda and click Run and let it run until it says finish and thats it...

Re: HOW TO (S-OFF) step by step

1. I have Evo 3D driver install on my computer. I cant find anywhere and in my Control Panel where to uninstall the driver.

2. Dont you have to clear something in the Google Wallet? (I read it will mess up your phone unless you get a new one).

3. Is there any other unknown?

4. Those that already do it thru big brother HTC, isnt it too late since your phone is already red flag?

Thanks! I did it and it all worked great...do I need to install a recovery manually now or was one installed as part of the lazypanda? If one was already installed, which one? And now I just gotta figure out which rom I want to flash.

the s-off procedure does not flash a custom recovery....I would suggest TWRP

Yup, that's what I did, flashed twrp recovery thru goo.

I really just wanted a rooted stock or close to stock ROM without the bloat but the links for the rooted stock roms weren't working when I tried so I ended up flashing Fresh by Flipz. I am a little disappointed with my battery life, the recent apps softkey being remapped, and also not liking whatever it is that was done that made the "3 dots onscreen menu" disappear from most apps.

Hey...for your step by step....you should edit it to include flashing a recovery cuz you really cant flash a rom without one.
