I broke down & rooted :) added tweaked init.qcom.post_boot.sh, wifi tether, cache cleaner, ad free, and the recent apps -> menu mod :D

What exactly does "tweaked init.qcom.post_boot.sh" do?

it was posted @ xda that s-off is being worked on, hopefully it will be soon....I decided to root since the only downside was "tampered" which is easily fixed by flashing the RUU. Hopefully this will tide me over till s-off

it has the tweaked memory settings to fix the multi-tasking, and also it sets the min cpu freq to save battery.
