Everyone's reporting it now... Sprint, HTC, Engadget, PhoneScoop, etc..... Technically noone knows when the shipments will be released... But the May 18th date isn't being referenced anymore and the pre order page has ceased taking orders...

....the waiting game begins.... Hey, maybe we'll get some free goodies out of all this

Double edge sword here.

China and Taiwan has always copycat USA products and patents.

Suck that Apple is holding us and without Apple, all the cellphon makes just like any other electronics will all be made oveaseas! There is still Motorola and Palm?

i doubt they are sitting in boxes ready to ship from what i know there sitting in a c-train in a bonded dock warehouse sprint nor htc would have access

Just another rumor floating around. Hard to say with Sprint being so quiet.
