I just hope its not another $10 for LTE with those on SERO plan.

there's no way they'll cut that revenue! All smartphones (almost all) are paying the $10 premium fee, whether it has 4g or not, it wont be any different for LTE

Well sero was 30 on a non smart phone.
Sero premium was 40 for smart phones
Sero premium + data is 50

So a smart phone is 40 but their is a 4g charge of 10.
That's what he ment

Sero P + data for phone like the TP2, the last of it. That is $40

Sero P + 4g is $50. I just hope that there is no more added extra charge for 4G LTE. Is 4g going away?

How did 4G LTE come so quick to Verizon? I remember my colleague did speedtest on his phone and it was like 20 mb/s down!

I might not get this phone until it is rooted. I hope within 1 month.

When i was on tp2 I was on sero 500 for $30.

And its not so much that 4g is going away its that Sprint WiMAX (current 4g) is transitioning to LTE. So it will be sprints new 4g?

As far as root goes... That's a toss up. I mean look at hboot 1.5
They only just figured out how to downgrade it for revolutionary root.
And it requires you to soft brick like twice... It's getting risky...

Where did anyone come up with the 10$ extra being 4g?.... I have a few non 4g phones that require the 10$ from sprint data plan. Mainly because the data is always being used. It is mostly just a feel good fee for sprint so they know that you are going to rape their 3g or 4g connection when available.

Well whenever I upgraded from the tp2 I was on a sero 500 plan.
That was 30 bucks.

If I chose any run of the mill Android phone my plan would change to sero premium wich was 40 bucks.

But of I chose a 4g capable device my plan would be sero premium + data.

The +data being 10$ for having chosen a 4g device

b4 the evo 4g came out, Sprint said there would be no extra fee for 4g, then they announced the $10 premium data fee, but only for the new evo 4g. Though they said it was no for 4g, most ppl thought it really was.....soon after, the $10 was added to all smartphones (except the replenish).

I do see the 4g as worth wild for the $10 extra. It is injustice for those that dont have 4g in your area to get this crazy charge.
