Depends on the sales rep, some of mine down here do ok, others look dumbfounded when I start to ask questions like they have no clue..

Agreed, I worked a BB when they first launched BestBuy Mobile and had a few customers who'd come in just to chat with me cuz i knew my stuff ;-) but definitely was not the norm. The sad part is how many lie about stuff just to have an answer instead of admitting they don't know lol. And I will say BB seems to do a little better than most of the Sprint reps here

Sidebar: saw the One X today and now I'm even more excited for the E4GLTE!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.0.4; en-us; Galaxy Nexus Build/IMM76D) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30)

If it has a locked bootloader like with at&t id skip it if your into modding.

When I walk into Best Buy and start talking they are like what!
" I didn't know that " happens a lot.
They are usually better than Sprint though.

Have to admit many of us geeks put them to shame.
But hey, they supply our new toys. ;)

I took my HTC diamond to a Sprint store(rarely go there) the other day to transfer my wifes contacts to an LG Optimus on my Sero plan. They looked at the Diamond and all said "what kind of phone is that?"

The diamond was a great device other than small device storage. :)

Always wanted the Diamond 2 to come to Sprint.

Why is that funny? It is nearing 4 years old. It wasn't even one of the more popular devices.
