Pictures: My white Evo with black battery door
 

So I did this just over a week ago. I thought about how this would look ever since I bought the phone. Originaly I didnt want white, but it grew on me quick, and I love my white Evo. BUT.....I love this SOO much more!! Wish I would have done this the first day. I think Sprint/HTC should have sold them this way themselves. On to the pics!!

i did the same thing with a carbon back and it looks great! looks a little like an oreo but its all good cause you doesnt like oreo?

That actually looks amazing. I never liked the all white evo's, but that black battery cover makes it look so sweet.

I did the same with my white Evo and it looked pimp but my case covers it up so now its kinda mute.

The white Evo would've been soooooooooooo cool if it was fully white... I mean the front glass part of the phone.

It is a white Evo, so the sides are white and so is the battery door. I just bought a battery door from a black Evo and put it on. Now it just has a white stripe that runs all around the sides. I've recently also got a clear barttery door and another black door that I covered in carbon fiber, they both look really nice! Now I swap between 5 battery doors including my extended battery door....

Yup, icycell is the link. He is a member over on XDA and I followed the thread from about the middle of it. You can go through and see the production pieces and read all about the development of them, its pretty cool actually. Anyway, icycell is the name and the fitment is great!! Highly recommend them!!!

Here is the carbon fiber back that I made. It looks freaking awesome on the phone as the white really pops and I think it highlights the carbon fiber well. I'll try to remember to post pics of it on my Evo later on so you can get the full effect...
