What happened to the extended battery case for the evo?
 

Prior to launch of the Evo, pics surfaced of a case for the evo, that has a battery in it. We are almost 2 months past the release date of the phone, and I haven't heard anything about this case. Did it die a quiet death?

No. I'm talking about a snap on case that has a battery built in. It's like the one pictured in the top right. I want to see one in person...

hmm i'm trying think of how that even works? no more battery cover, but instead use the snap on battery as a cover? interesting.. but no kickstand.
