received this in the mail yesterday!
I took one of the batteries that it came with and put it into the charger, it only took about 2-3 hours to charge.
It is in my phone now and seems to be just like the stock one.
One the outside of these it says "spare HTC Touch Pro 2 battery", these are the exact same mAh (1500) as the TP2's, so there shouldn't be any issues.

The charger nor battery got hot when it was done charging.
While charging there is a purple-ish light that is on, then when it's done that light turns green.

you will notice the batteries are different, The red one is the stock htc evo battery and the white/black one of the 2 that I bought.

charging unit, notice it isn't 1A, so it takes just a tad longer than the stock charger but no biggie!:

*I forgot to add...
I put a fully charged battery into my phone last night (one of these around 11pm) before bed and didn't connect it to the charger last night.
As of right now there's around 75% battery (which I've used the 3g and I've been texting all morning)

I received mine yesterday. They were shipped from Hong Kong and only took about a week to get to Rhode Island. I charged both batteries and they both stayed cool the entire time charging. I put one in my phone and it works great. Great deal for 10 bucks!

Yup!!
Now I need to invest in some good micro usb cables! The micro to mini adapters I have don't work and the 2 cheap micro usb cables I have will charge for like 2 seconds then quit!

they say 1500 mAh, but how much power do you really get out of it? batteryboss.org did some testing and some get 800 mAh to 1250 mAh. i was thinking of getting just the charger for ~$5 to use with my spare TP2 battery.

I just got them in the mail yesterday, took about a week to get here. I've been hearing that they are not 1500 mAh as well, but even if they're not, $10 is a great price for 2 batteries and a wall charger. Will do some testing and see how long this batteries last compare to my stock EvO battery.

I have only used 1 of the batteries so far and it lasted just as long as my stock evo battery!

I bought this from honk kong as well, just got mine yesterday too, took 17 days, which is with his 14-21day given time frame... i'm pretty sure charging just the battery is much better than using a usb cable with it to charge the one in the phone.

if i remember correctly, this is 4.2V and the stock EVO one is 5v... i think 1A also as apposed to the .8A this charger puts out.

IMO the 5V 1A from HTC is because the phone is a powerhouse and need the extra push-power. But if you are just charging a battery with this, then all should be well.

Basically, if you're looking to get a quick charge on the battery IN the phone, this is not the USB charger you want. But its a BEUATY for my spare batteries now :D LOVIN THE BRIGHT CHARGING LIGHTS!

Got the same deal. Cannot be beat. Batteries seem to last just as long as the original battery.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I received my batteries yesterday, and charged the two new ones and OEM battery (all in the battery charger for the most part). Today I brought all three batteries to work. Within two hours the first one was at 18%. I replaced it, but not before realizing that 4g was "searching". Then, 5 hours later the second battery was at 9%. I replaced it and now it's 6 hours later and by battery is at 15%. I'm not sure what's going on with these batteries, but this isn't a good sign.

Mind you, this is under minor usage... an hour of music, half hour of phone, and 2 hours of misc.

I got one and a charger for my TP2 which I will now be using for my Evo, they took about a month to get here and my TP 2 did get kind of hot one time, I need to try it again.

Well after a couple days with this batteries, I definitely feel that the stock evo battery lasted a couple hours longer. But I think its still good since they were just $10. Will last me long enough for me to get home and just replace it with the other one.

Yeah, these batteries (or the charger) are not working very well for me... I think the charger might have screwed up my stock evo battery as well... I am going through 3 batteries a day now, and I don't use it very much. Earlier today I was losing 2% battery life per minute while using the internet! "Batterytime Lite" claims I should get nearly 3 hours of juice using the internet; at that rate I was getting 50 minutes.

I wish I could know what the problem is because this is rediculous.

Thanks for the heads up! Got 10 hours of heavy use today with one of these batteries, which is really all I need for a spare.

Yes it does work with the tp2, I'm using it right now on my Evo.

Go to monoprice...they have six footers for like 1.49 each. Bought five and they all work great.

The problem I have found with my charger is if I use it to charge my phone through the usb port it renders the touchscreen useless. It does not respond to touch input while plugged in.

I wanted htc style batteries i wouldnt buy these knock offs. The ones i got fom HK hold charges good for a day and a half and the light never turns green its blue.

Mine are okay now that the phone has been updated and the batteries have been worn in a little. They still don't last very long compared to the HTC battery, but for ten bucks I don't really have any complaints. In fact it's been great having an extra couple of batteries and the charger. It's made keeping my phone charged a LOT easier, even if they don't last as long as they should.
