im still copying files to the sdcard without problems and its already in 4.10 gigs without any problems it still copying tho ..

It's possible the card has more space than 4GB, but was reduced to a 4GB card because of a bad memory sector, in which case you will be able to copy more data to it, but it will probably corrupt, right up until the total amount of memory is full.

it just finish copying the files the card is at used space 4.48gb free space 25.7 gb

okay yea the music dnt even play anymore i put the sdcard in my tp2 n it says file corrupt oh man .. ama return it

Yeah that seems to be what everyone reports is happening... except for one guy that swears his works... and he may have gotten lucky

Honestly I don't know the last time I used eBay... There's so many scams on eBay anymore that it's not even worth it for common items. Amazon.com is probably my go to buying site anymore, though mainly because Newegg.com doesn't offer free shipping to Alaska. :\
