Phone died the other day thought I would get an upgrade
 

As the title states took it into the shop & they didn't have another EVO on site so had to order one.

I thought if they don't have your particular phone on site they would just give you the next one in line?

Also when I get the "new" phone most likely it'll be refurbished, will I be able to get all the text messages I missed?

And as far as voice mail I tried to retrieve my messages from my land-line and it's saying I have to set my voice mail even though I haven't changed it in yrs??!!

Until the entire inventory is exhausted, they will give you refurbished replacement, even of they have to order you one.
