Speech to text acting funny?
 

I have been noticing that my evo's speech to text application is acting funny. when i click the mic button in the text msgs, the recording either misses the first few seconds or the text or it doesnt work at all, but it works fine when i click it the 2nd time. the phone is completely original and up to date. i use the native text application, not swipe. does anyone know how to get it to work?

Oh, then that is completely different. Phone been dropped? Microphone working ok on voice calls?

not really dropped, i have the huge otter box case on it. everything works good, its just the initial try (lets say after not using it for 15+min) that it acts up, but once i press cancel and try again, it works perfect.
