need help reviving my e3d

hi all ...
havent posted since upgrading from tp2 and have been running stock on the e3d
but after excessive abuse i think my phone might have finally gave in (broken screen and dropped in water twice)

so this morning i was driving to work and felt my phone alittle sluggish so i decided to soft reset and thats when the problem started

since then the phone powers up to the htc screen for about 30 seconds and then powers off again over and over and over

ive tried taking out the batt.
ive tried hooking up to the charger
ive tired hooking it up to my pc
ive tired fastboot/ recovery/ factory reset
and nothing seems to work

ne ideas will be greatly appreciated

I don't think they will fix the glass . Pretty sure they won't.. If it has water damage they won't touch it.. Two stickers .. One on battery one on the top right corner of phone.. You can see it on the motherboard.. When the battery cover is removed..

You will probably have to use your TEP and pay 100 for another phone..
