got my evo3d rooted recently. now when i try to download files, like music, from the internet or app. it wont save to my sd card its trys to save to my device memory. help plz

It may still work I dunno if you have to set up a partition to do it tho? I don't partition my SD card.. I still have 250 to 280 it goes up alil and down alil left in ram after I install my stuff :D

thanks for replying reaper. i go to settings-sd & phone storage. sd card has 1.89 total 1.12mb availble available space 0.89gb

does this mean my sd card is my internal memory also? because i only have a couple of files pics music on the cd card

On the SD your pics and vids you take will be stored on it...

On my phone I have:USED 241MB 528mb free

170mb used internal storage and 0.98gb free which is 830 in MB free still ... My SD card I still have 6.6gb left and only used 796MB for pics and stuff. Also my two rom builds are on the sd card zip files.. So that takes up alot of the space..

As for memory under task manager I have 548MB used and 260MB free..

ok i plugged in my phone to the pc and shows 1.88 gb and 5.56mb free. before rooting it was a little pass half full

Odd what size you SD card man? Mine is fine ... I have the 8GB that comes with the phone... The list I posted of my phone is what is showed under applications running and interenal storage and sd card..

i feel so dumb. um i have the wrong sd card in. lol this one is for my mp3 player. i dont store really anything on my phone and i dont have many apps. but i really thank you for making me feel stupid. lol. i should get a bigger sd for my phone huh

Lmao no problem man wasn't tryin to make your feel special lol... :-\" I was just scratchin my head goin ](*,) What type of SD card is he using ? I would get a 5gig or 8gig one works great for the phone :D Anyway's glad you figured out the issue...
