Need help with flashing over to metro pcs

Well first I'm just wondering if anyone has their phone flashed to metro, what I need help is on getting talk and text working because my phone's esn is already on metro pcs and activated on the number, i just don't know how to get talk and text to work, if anybody can help thanks
