does sprint voice messages save to phone? please help.

I have visual voivemail and I can view my voice messages
On my phone either in text or just hit the play button.

I absolutely need a voice message from Sept 4th. But it only goes back to Sept 10... Is it on my phone somewhere?

The messages are not on your phone, they are on Sprint's voicemail,service. Is there a read messages folder somewhere?
