Dalvik Debug Monitor Kicking Phone Offline

I updated my phone with the stock rooted 2.08.651 software the other day and now when I open the Dalvik Debug Monitor to take a screen shot it kicks the phone offline. I have to go in and disable debugging and re-enable to get it back online.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I am aware that the new software does screenshots, but I need screenshots when the phone is locked.

I know everyone pretty much has to have Android SDK installed. Can someone with the new E3D software try the Dalvik Debug Monitor to see if it does the same to them?
