Titanium Backup - How to restore after flash

After flashing a new rom is there an easy way to restore apps/settings, and was thinking of using titanium backup but it gives me this long list of stuff to restore. What are you guys using to restore after flashing a new rom?

Use batch restore and only restore user apps sometime when you restore system apps from ROM to ROM it can cause problems

Will user apps restore my email settings? I use exchange so just want my settings restored and it'll automatically restore my email/contacts etc.

Try Mybackup Root from the market.

It seems a little more straight forward than TB.

TB seems to be industrial strength back up program for programmers, while MBR seems to be geared toward backing up the things you need.

I have both and like the MBR better.

no thats part of system unless your using a third-party mail app, if you gonna backup/restore anything system only backup the system data not app+data
